 I am the creative behind  

Pippalel Designs;

a name chosen as a tribute to my artistic father who nourished my creativity even as a very young child. ​

I have always liked to make things and continued to paint, stitch and craft throughout a long career as a health professional and while raising a family.

When I discovered surface pattern design, I was delighted to find the perfect means for merging a passion for art with an enduring interest in fashion and homewares.
